The team at Neal Roofing was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about roofing products and the industry at large. Aside from the end-result, one of the great strengths of the team at Neal Roofing is their focus on customer experience, project management, and communication. They were patient with all my questions and consistently remained in contact to see if I had comments, questions, or concerns. With each step of the process, they set expectations for the next steps ahead which put me at ease.Now slightly less of a novice, I've learned that replacing a roof is a complex, multi-faceted process, involving a variety of critical stakeholder groups including the Village of Wellington, my community HOA, suppliers, financing partners, inspectors, and multiple roofing crews. Neal Roofing is extremely adept at understanding the sequencing of all the steps to complete the project. They know the intricacies, challenges, and obstacles. From removal of the original roofing materials to repairs, to installation of each of the 3-tiered roofing system components – with inspections following each installation milestone – the team at Neal Roofing orchestrates with the precision and finesse of a maestro conducting an orchestra. And it doesn’t hurt that they’re genuinely nice, hardworking people and you want their business to succeed.Additionally, the construction-based “front-line workers” – the roofing crews responsible for the removal of the original roof, repairs, and installation – were very professional, friendly, and respectful of the landscaping, pool area, driveway, and other personal items around the property. They arrived early, while respecting the HOA guidelines on working hours in the community and worked quickly and efficiently. The crews went above and beyond in cleaning up the site at the end of each workday. Nothing happens on a job site without these essential, specialized, highly skilled workers who battled extreme temperatures and near daily rainstorms. They found more issues with my roof than originally anticipated and they fixed everything at no extra cost (because of the delays) and spent way more time at my home than they anticipated. The owner, Sam, called me after and apologized for the rescheduling. This is what I told him: I am and will always be a customer of Neal Roofing. I see why they were delayed, because the crew is VERY thorough and does not leave until you are SATISFIED… not to mention rain delays. I am sure this is the service they were providing to customers before me which is why they were delayed. Sam admitted that they got way busier than anticipated and usually this doesn't happen, but I thanked him for staying true to his quality of work and not letting a pesky homeowner like me damage the quality of work they do. 10/10 thank you Neal Roofing for caring about my project and my home!!!
