Hialeah is dense, largely built between the 1950s and the 1970s, and full of flat and low-slope concrete roofs that were never designed for the service life they've been asked to deliver.
OUR SERVICES
Low-slope roofing is the dominant work here, and it fails predictably: at drains that no longer drain, at seams that split under decades of thermal movement, and at parapet walls where flashing was an afterthought. None of that is fixed by another coat of patching compound.
Split seams, ponding at drains, blistering and parapet flashing failures — diagnosed properly rather than patched again.

FAQ's
Questions from Hialeah property owners about flat roofs, coatings and code requirements.
Sometimes, and when it can it's excellent value. A restoration coating renews the surface and adds reflectivity at far less cost than replacement — but only if the existing membrane is sound and dry underneath. Moisture testing determines whether yours qualifies; coating over a wet system just seals the water in.
Because the roof no longer drains where it was designed to, usually from deck deflection over time, clogged or undersized drains, or a previous re-roof that buried the slope. Ponding water dramatically shortens membrane life, and correcting the drainage is part of doing the job properly.
Those carrying a Miami-Dade County Notice of Acceptance or an equivalent approval valid in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. Miami-Dade and Broward are the only Florida counties in that zone, and installation must follow the method the approval specifies.
