Riviera Beach covers two very different places: the oceanfront condo towers of Singer Island, and an established mainland city with decades of older housing stock. The roofing work is not the same on either side.
OUR SERVICES
On Singer Island it's low-slope commercial work on exposed oceanfront buildings, with associations and residents to plan around. On the mainland it's residential re-roofing on homes that in many cases haven't had serious work in decades. We handle both, and we don't quote one like the other.
Storm damage, failed flashing, membrane seam leaks and worn shingle — repaired at the source, with an honest assessment of how much life the roof has left.

FAQ's
Questions from Riviera Beach owners and boards about coastal exposure, older roofs and condo work.
Not necessarily, but you should know where it stands. Asphalt shingle in this climate generally runs 15 to 20 years and tile underlayment 15 to 25, and roofs commonly fail suddenly during a storm rather than gradually. An inspection tells you whether you have years of life left or are running on borrowed time.
Yes. Direct oceanfront exposure means higher perimeter uplift pressures and constant salt, which calls for upgraded hardware and careful edge detailing. The same membrane system installed to mainland standards will not last as long out there.
We document damage thoroughly with photographs and written findings, which is what supports a claim. We'll give you an honest assessment of whether damage is storm-related or age-related — that distinction usually determines how a claim goes.
Thank you for considering us for roofing needs. We will get back to you during normal business hours.
