Choosing concrete tile or a membrane flat roof? The Village asks for a moisture survey on top of the usual forms. In plain terms, it's a check for trapped moisture before the new roof goes on. Shingle re-roofs don't need one.

Inspections You'll See

The Village inspects the underlayment and the roof metal (the tin tags and drip edge), then does a final. The in-progress sheathing inspection can only be waived if the owner signs an acknowledgment. We'll walk you through each inspection as it comes up.
