Our services
Vero's houses skew older, so most of our work here is a full replacement on a roof that's already given plenty of years. When it's time, a lot of owners move up to clay tile roofing, concrete tile or metal. Island or mainland, we'll walk you through the trade-offs of each one before you pick. Clay tile keeps its fired color for decades, concrete tile gives a similar look on a lighter budget, and metal is the lightest of the three on an older frame. Thinking about paying over time? Ask about financing for your new roof. It's subject to credit approval, and the terms depend on the lending partner.

Why Neal
Local experience, top-tier workmanship, and responsive service.
Some Vero homes need a sign-off from the City's Planning and Development department before Indian River County will issue the roof permit. We find out whether yours does up front, so the job doesn't stall.
Out on the barrier island, salt air is part of the plan. Flashing and fastening are handled on every job, the specifics depend on your home and how close it sits to the ocean, and every roof is built to Florida Building Code. Mainland homes across the lagoon can call for a different approach, and we'll tell you why.
Spending part of the year up north? We'll send photo updates at each stage, so you can watch your new roof come together from wherever you are.
Indian River County inspects Vero re-roofs at dry-in (with the flashing in view), in-progress and final. We sign the County's roof-sheathing affidavit as your contractor, and we'll keep you posted on which inspection comes next and when it passes.
On a house from the '50s, '60s or '70s, the wood under the roof has been through decades of Florida summers. We check the deck, repair what needs it, re-nail it, and show you what we found before the new roof goes on.
In September 2004, Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne made landfall three weeks apart, both south of Indian River County. Many Vero roofs went on in the rebuild that followed, which puts them at about 20 years old now.

Customer review
Right from the start Eric explained everything […] Material, procedure, company and any questions we had. Once the work started, Trent was on hand both personally and by text. He kept us informed of the work progress, scheduling and any other concerns we had. This company was excellent from start to finish and never any issues. On time, excellent employees (Not subcontractors) and the job was flawless. A big project like this can create some anxiety, however it was completed ahead of schedule and the work was superior.

Schedule FREE Estimate Call (561) 473-0192The City of Vero Beach shares its Building Department with Indian River County, so the county issues the roof permit and handles the inspections. Some homes also need City Planning and Development approval first. We check your address and take care of both.
It can. If your home is a designated historic property or the project needs zoning review, the City's Planning and Development department signs off before the permit is issued. We check this at your estimate so there are no surprises.
Yes. We can schedule the work while you're out of town and send photo updates at each stage, from tear-off to final inspection. You approve the material and color before we start.
