OUR SERVICES
Most Wesley Chapel roofs went on during the same building boom. Seven Oaks and Meadow Pointe filled in first, then Wiregrass Ranch and Epperson. A lot of those homes still have the builder's original shingles, and they're now 15 to 20 years old. Your first replacement is a good time to upgrade the underlayment, or to move to metal or tile if your HOA signs off. Ask about financing if you'd like to pay over time. Terms depend on the lending partner and are subject to credit approval.

Why Neal
Local experience, top-tier workmanship, and responsive service.
We'll look your builder roof over, tell you plainly how much life it has left, and put what we find in writing.
Your architectural review committee will want to see what's going on your roof before it says yes. We'll help you put the request together and book the job once it's approved.
Dreaming of tile? Tile is a lot heavier than shingle, so Pasco County requires engineering when it goes on a house that wasn't built for it. We'll walk you through what that means for your home before you commit to anything.
Wesley Chapel isn't an incorporated city, so every re-roof permit goes through Pasco County Building Construction Services. There's no city office in the middle, and we file it for you.
Built in 2002 or earlier? Pasco requires #30 felt or peel-and-stick underlayment on your re-roof, plus a roof nailing affidavit. Most homes here are newer, but not all of them, so we check your build year up front.
Your first roof came with whatever the builder picked. This time, you get a say in what goes under the shingles, metal or tile, and we'll lay out the options before you choose. Every roof is installed to Florida Building Code.

Customer review
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Neal Roofing Company and Morgan West. From our very first phone call, Morgan made me feel at ease and confident that I was in good hands. The crew showed up on time, worked hard every day and treated my home with so much respect. They cleaned up after themselves so well, you'd never know a big roofing job had just taken place- except for the beautiful new roof on my house.
What really stood out to me was how kind and respectful everyone was, especially Morgan West who was my point of contact and information. He explained things in a way that I could understand, never pressured me, and truly cared about making sure that everything was done correctly. You don't always find that level of respect in a large company these days.
Now I have a new roof that is safe, looks great and I couldn't be happier or more grateful that I chose Neal Roofing and would recommend Morgan West and Neal Roofing to everyone. They absolutely deserve 5 stars.

What Wesley Chapel homeowners ask before replacing their first roof.
Schedule FREE Estimate Call (561) 473-0192Most original roofs here went on in the 2000s, so many are 15 to 20 years old now. Curling or missing shingles, lots of granules in the gutters and leaks that keep coming back are common signs. We can inspect yours, tell you plainly whether it has life left, and give you a written condition report.
In most Wesley Chapel communities, yes. The architectural review committee signs off on color and material before work starts. We'll walk you through what your HOA needs, give it the information it needs to review the project, and schedule the job once it's approved. Questions? Call (561) 473-0192.
Sometimes. Pasco County requires engineering when tile goes on a structure that wasn't built for tile, because tile weighs much more. We'll walk you through what that means for your home first. If tile isn't a fit, metal or architectural shingle are good options.
Thank you for considering us for roofing needs. We will get back to you during normal business hours.
